    Property is selling in “AS IS” condition. Buyers are encouraged to inspect to your satisfaction prior to bidding.  Open House and inspection will be held on Saturday, July 20 from 10 am – 2pm and Sunday, July 28 at 2 pm-5pm.

    A 10% Buyers Premium will be added to the last bid to determine the contract price.

    The properties will first be offered in individual tracts. After bidding is completed on the individual tracts, buyers will be offered the opportunity to combine tracts or buy as a whole, if desired. The auctioneer will determine the best bidders and will sell accordingly. Purchase Agreement is posted on website for review prior to auction close.

    In order to bid, a potential buyer must have a letter from their bank guaranteeing the deposit to be good.  Successful buyer will sign a purchase contract and submit a non-refundable deposit of 10% of the gross sales price immediately after the auction concludes, which will be held in Escrow by the closing attorney.

    AUCTION END TIMES: All auctions are timed events and are subject to auto-extend. Online Auctions have an auto-extend feature of 5 minutes. For any bid placed in the final 5 minutes of an auction, the auction ending time will be automatically extended 5 minutes from when the bid was placed.
