A $50,000 deposit may be required to bid on the storage unit properties. A deposit is required for each property you are bidding on. If you are not the winning bidder, your deposit will be returned within seventy-two hours after the auction. On the other properties, you must present a letter from your financial institution guaranteeing payment or you must be approved by the Auctioneer prior to the auction.
