Urgent Notice

Be sure to follow the terms of the auction. (The best surprise is no surprise)In order to bid on the apartments, you will be required to send a $100,000 deposit by wire transfer to the closing attorney’s Escrow Account at least twenty-four hours prior to the auction. A $50,000 deposit may be required to bid on the storage unit properties. A deposit is required for each property you are bidding on. If you are not the winning bidder, your deposit will be returned within seventy-two hours after the auction. On the other properties, you must present a letter from your financial institution guaranteeing payment or you must be approved by the Auctioneer prior to the auction. Don’t mess up and forget---that won’t work. This is a live and online simulcast auction.
