A ten percent (10%) buyer’s premium will be added to every high bid to determine the total prices to be paid.
All properties are being sold “As is Where is”. The only guarantee from the seller is a valid, clear, and marketable title to each property. All high bidders will be required to place bid deposits equal to 10% of the high bid amounts. Deposits will be accepted in the form of certified funds or a personal check with a bank letter of guarantee.
A survey for each farm/development will be provided. The high bidder for each farm will be responsible for the cost of the respective survey if an additional one is required.
All closing shall take place no latter than fourty-five (45) days after the auction. The entire purchase price must be paid by cashier’s check, certified funds, or wired funds at closing. No property will be sold contingent on financing or any other contingency.
