Terms and Conditions
BUYER’S PREMIUM: A buyer’s premium of ten percent (10%) will be added to high bids to determine the total sale price to be paid.
BIDDING: All bidders should present a bank letter of guarantee or otherwise be approved by the auctioneer in order to qualify to bid.
DEPOSIT: The high bidder will be required to place a bid deposit equal to ten percent (10%) of their bid.
SURVEY: All acreage and square footage totals are estimates. If a survey is required, it will be performed before closing to determine the exact total sales price to be paid for each tract. The cost of the survey will be prorated among the buyers.
CLOSING: The closing shall take place no later than thirty (30) days after the auction. The entire purchase price must be paid by a cashier’s or certified check, or by wired funds at closing. No purchase shall be contingent on financing or any other contingencies.
FINANCING: All financing, if any, must be approved prior to the auction.
